What we offer and our fees
Trimble After School Care offers before and afterschool care to the students attending Queen Mary Elementary School- grades Kinder to 7. We are licensed for 50 children, and currently have an ongoing waitlist. If you would like to add your children to our waitlist, please contact us as. Please note: due to high interest and low turnover, waitlist periods are currently over three years long.
Childcare Fees for 2024-2025:
TASC is a participant in the Childcare Fee Reduction Program, reducing monthly childcare fees for all our member children.
Monthly Fees are as follows:
AM Care Only: $250 per month ($200 with the CCRFI automatically applied)
Both AM/PM Care: $382 per month ($267 with the CCRFI automatically applied)
Morning Care
TASC offers morning care from 7:30am-9am. Breakfast is available until 8:30am daily.
Afternoon Care
TASC is open after school starting at 3:00pm. We also accomodate early school dismissal days, where we open at 2:00pm. Upon arriving at TASC, all children receive a daily snack, consisting of a main and a side of fruits or vegetables. There are also many fun daily activities that the children sign up for. Program activities can be viewed in the monthly calendar that is sent out to all member families each month!
TASC Spring Break Camp!
TASC is open Monday-Friday from 8am-6:00pm during Spring Break Camp. TASC offers fun educational activities and field trips to its member children. The Spring Break Camp Calendar and Registration opens mid-February of each year.
Tasc Summer CAmP!
TASC is open full time in July and August (Monday to Friday from 8am-5:00pm). We take the children on various field trips such as mini golf, local beaches, berry picking, pottery, Science World, Playland, theatre productions and so much more! The Summer Camp Calendar and Registration forms are released in early May of each year.
Pro-D and School closure days!
We are open all day on Professional District Days and School Closure Days. We plan a full day of activities on these days for our member children. We open from 8:00am to 6:00pm on these days.
